Payments

Payment is due in full at the time of service, and I accept cash, credit/debit cards, CashApp, Venmo & Apple Pay. Deposits may be required for specific services or high-value bookings.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service adjusted to fit the remaining time. Full charges may still apply for the original booking.

Cancellation Policy

I completely understand—life gets busy, plans shift, and unexpected things happen. That said, every appointment is thoughtfully prepared for, including planning time, product selection, and sometimes custom ordering to ensure the best possible experience for each client. I deeply value your time—and mine.

  1. Due to this, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 20% fee based on your appointment total. However, if the appointment is rescheduled within 30 days, that fee will be applied toward your future service.

  3. If you find yourself needing to reschedule within the 24-hour window, please reach out—I’ll always do my best to accommodate based on availability.

  4. Multiple or repeated short-notice cancellations will result in a change to your booking access: you’ll no longer be able to book online and all future appointments will need to be made directly through me, with payment in full required at the time of scheduling.

No-Show Appointments

I know things come up—and I always appreciate open communication when they do. But showing up matters. When a client doesn’t arrive for their scheduled appointment and no notice is given, it impacts not only my schedule, but the time that could have been offered to another client.

  1. Due to this, I have a no-tolerance policy for no-shows.

  2. Missed appointments without any communication will result in the immediate disabling of online booking privileges. Any future appointments will need to be arranged directly through me, with full payment required at the time of scheduling.
